Small Groups & Bible Studies

Welcome to Good Shepherd Small Groups and Bible Studies

Good Shepherd offers several of Small Groups and Bible Studies that help believers grow in the Lord. These groups meet in various locations – at the church, in homes, at coffee shops, and parks. People from all levels of spiritual life are welcome to participate.

Adults

Women′s Ministry

Women’s fellowship events are held quarterly – these events range from brunch gatherings to cooking classes.

Three or four sessions of Women’s discipleship book studies take place during the year and typically run for 6-8 weeks at a time.

Men′s Discipleship Breakfast

Once a month on Saturday morning, the men of Good Shepherd gather for breakfast, fellowship, and to study a topic on discipleship and spiritual growth. 8 to 9:30 a.m. Contact Pastor Chad at pastorchad@goodshepherdcamarillo.com for date, time, and location.

Youth

Youth Group and Small Groups

Youth Ministry is on Sunday nights. We have a 2-3 youth gatherings per month, called Crave, to study the Word of God and to grow in our relationship with Him and other believers! Our gatherings are a time to be encouraged by each other and get refreshed before another busy week of school.

Visit our Youth Ministry page to learn about opportunities for youth.

Children

Classes and Small Groups for Children

We partner with our families in teaching children God’s Word. We believe that Jesus loves children. We also believe that children are able to understand the mysteries of God and His Word. At Good Shepherd, we aim to point children to Jesus, train them to love the Word of God, and reach the world for Jesus Christ. Visit our Children’s Ministry page to learn about opportunities for children.

Young Adults

Classes and Small Groups for Young Adults

On Tuesday evenings, young adults from various churches come together to break bread and go through a study. Studies range from reading a book of the Bible to how to live a gospel centered life.

Dinner will be provided.

Contact Sharon in the front office at sharon@goodshepherd-church.net for dates, time, location and what we are studying!
