Victor is a ministry intern at Good Shepherd Church. He is passionate about youth and about pointing young people to Jesus in what can be a difficult time of life. Victor is a graduate of the Free Lutheran Bible College in Plymouth, MN. In Bible School, Victor obtained a certificate in Biblical studies. Victor is excited to be in beautiful Camarillo, CA and looks forward to serving alongside Pastor Friestad.
