Victor is the youth director at Good Shepherd Church. He is passionate about youth and about pointing young people to Jesus in what can be a difficult time of life. Victor is a graduate of the Free Lutheran Bible College in Plymouth, MN. In Bible School, Victor obtained a certificate in Biblical studies. Victor loves living in beautiful Camarillo, CA. When he’s not doing youth work, you might find Victor at the gym, on a hike, or studying for his classes at Moorpark College.
